As the main contractor, Adelborg takes overall responsibility for handling the complexities of the construction process from start to finish.
Adelborg has many years of experience in building management. We enter into contracts with necessary subcontractors and manage the entire construction project with contracts, finances, schedule, coordination of craftsmen and make sure that the construction is completed on time.
The management of the construction is our responsibility.
TOTAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
A total construction contract at Adelborg covers all services within the consultancy and construction management of the represented craft trades.
In other words, we are taking care of everything, and we will honor your trust in us. Our design department is professional with experienced engineers and building designers who are responsible for the entire design. Based on dialogue with the developer, we enter into contracts with necessary subcontractors.
