Adelborg builds for investors and business customers, and we have made it our specialty to perform all kinds of tasks within main and total construction contracts at both new and existing buildings. We take care of all phases of construction from planning and coordination of the project to the finished construction.

We do this on the basis of the best construction technical solutions and with strong management of the economy.

STØBERIET TUNE - TOWNHOUSES

Type: 108 townhouses – Architect: Adelborg

108 unique architect-designed townhouses of 124 m² in 2 full levels, where everything is well thought out and quality, functionality and design are paramount. In the development, emphasis has been placed on designing a modern townhouse with roots in the Danish building tradition. The facades are bricked in red/brown tiles, which give the houses a warm glow even on a gray weather day. Another advantage of the raw brick wall is that it is maintenance-free and patinate beautifully, so that it only becomes more beautiful over time.

STØBERIET TUNE - APARTMENTS

Type: 116 apartments of 73-81 m² – Architect: Adelborg

In the development, emphasis has been placed on designing modern buildings with roots in the Danish building tradition. We use level jumps, shifts and material selections to highlight the individual homes in the building. In this way, the expression of the apartment blocks will lean as much as possible on the surrounding townhouses.

MARIBO BUSINESS PARK

Adelborg is responsible for the main contract of 8,000 m2 of new production halls and 600 m2 of office and staff buildings, as well as establishing a large parking and logistics area of 13,800 m2. S.E.W. North Filtration’s new factory is ready for production in 2021.

BEL AIR - APARTMENTS

Luxury apartments: 14 – Area: 1585 m2 – Year of construction: 2019 – Architect: Kim Utzon Arkitekter.

Adelborg has built the last (Block E) of the 5 modernist apartment buildings that make up Bel Air CPH in Farum. The property contains 14 exclusive, open and bright apartments with illuminated spaces either across or along the apartment. The apartments range from 115 m2 to 157 m2 and all have large terraces from 20 m2 and up to 50 m2. The residences are located in beautiful green surroundings – hilly terrain in a scenic area close to The Scandinavian Golf Club.

OASEN

Type: Multi-storey and daywear shop – Area: 2760 m² – Building year: 2019/2020

The oasis consists of 30 unique apartments with a large green roof garden of approx. 600 m². The homes are uniquely located in the centre of the new Nærheden, close to Hedehusene Station. The development consists of a base with a new beautiful SuperBrugsen and above 3 residential floors with 2- and 3-bedroom apartments from 75 to 105 m2. The property is built with underground parking with parking for the homes and for SuperBrugsen.

GREEN GARDEN – POINT HOUSES

Adelborg is responsible for the completion of 2 point houses in 3 and 4 floors respectively – a total of 35 attractive apartments of 68 to 90 m2.

The point houses are part of Nærheden, a new sustainable suburb where 3000 homes will be built. The area combines the density of the city with the green qualities of the suburb. Green Garden is modern residence with easy access to shopping, leisure activities, school, public transport and magnificent nature – only about 20 minutes from Copenhagen Central Station by train.

GREEN GARDEN - TOWNHOUSES

Type: Townhouses – Area: 1200m² – Year of construction: 2019

Adelborg is responsible for the completion of 10 bright and attractive townhouses of 120 m2 near Hedehusene.

The townhouses are part of Nærheden, a new sustainable suburb where 3,000 homes will be built. The area combines the density of the city with the green qualities of the suburb. Green Garden is modern residence with easy access to shopping, leisure activities, school, public transport and magnificent nature – only about 20 minutes from Copenhagen Central Station by train

GREEN GARDEN - CHAIN HOUSES

Type: Chain houses – Area: 1900m² – Year of construction: 2019

Adelborg is responsible for the completion of 17 modern, bright and simple chain houses of 105-130 m2 with large roof terraces and carport.

The chain houses are part of Nærheden, a new sustainable suburb where 3000 homes will be built. The area combines the density of the city with the green qualities of the suburb. RESIDENCE PARK

Type: Apartment buildings – Area: 5188 m2 285 m2 basement Building year: 2019/2020 – Architects: Brix Nordberg Architecture

Adelborg has been responsible for the construction of a residential development consisting of 4 apartment blocks in 4 floors with a total of 60 new apartments. The apartments, which range from 78 m2 to 91 m2, are all illuminated and have their own private balcony of at least 8 m2. The 3rd floor is set back in relation to the façade and here the apartments have large roof terraces. The homes have an extremely attractive location in green surroundings – close to the forest and golf course.

THE GATE - VILLAS

Type: Detached villas – Area: 5 villas of 120 m² – Construction year: 2019

Adelborg has been responsible for the construction of a number of beautiful detached 1-level villas. The villas are located in the new area of the old Farum Barracks in beautiful, green surroundings. The high-quality villas will provide a wonderful setting for the family’s everyday life.

SKOVLUNDE TORV

Type: Apartments – Area: 2680 m2 basement – Construction year: 2019

Adelborg has been responsible for the completion of this attractive property with 28 apartments spread over 4 floors. The apartments range in size from 65-80 m2. The apartments are all illuminated with access via the walkway on the north side of the house. The property is made of good robust materials and contributes positively to its surroundings and residents’ everyday life in Skovlunde.
